1. Joining the Program
When you fill out the sign-up form, you will automatically become a Dawn’s Intentional Art Affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising our website in order to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.

2. Payment Schedule

1. Eligible payments—all Affiliate monies due for orders generated as a result of Affiliate links/websites will be held for 60 days after the shipping date of an order. This allows us ample time to compensate for returns, exchanges or canceled orders. (These are extremely rare.) Payments will be calculated and checks sent to Affiliates during the last week of each month.
2. Once $50 or more is earned, we pay our AFFILIATES monthly via Paypal or check.
3. Intentional Art Store credit can be issued upon request in lieu of payment by Affiliate.
4. We do not allow self–referral -- products purchased through one’s own affiliate link. Affiliate commissions will be voided when the sale has the same mailing address or last name.
5. Our shopping cart system does all the work for us and keeps track of the details. Once you become an Affiliate, you can log-in to our site anytime and check your stats. It couldn’t be simpler!

3. Affiliate links
You may use graphic and text links that we will provide both on your website, emails and social media. The site may be advertised "off-line" in classified ads, magazines and newspapers. You may create your own as long as they are approved by us first.

4. Affiliate tracking

1. When your friends, family and clients click through your Affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your Affiliate user name. Also their IP address is tracked in the database along with your Affiliate name. When the person decides to buy a product, the data base will look for this cookie or try to match their IP address to identify the Affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your Affiliate link may make purchases at a later time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
2. We cannot be held responsible if you refer your affiliate link to people with computer systems that do not allow the cookies necessary to give you affiliate credit or if they already have another affiliate’s cookies on their system.

5. Revocation of Affiliate status
Your Affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons. ~ Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) ~ Spamming (mass email) ~ Additionally, you may not promote Dawn’s Intentional Art via sites containing/promoting illegal activities or use marketing methods that contain offensive content, at our discretion. ~ Violation of intellectual property rights

6. Terms of agreement
These terms will begin upon your sign-up with the Affiliate program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms may be modified by us at any time. If any modification of the terms is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
